We are seeking suitable persons to fill the following key positions. 
The successful candidates must have the appropriate technical competencies and willingness to travel to field locations.

1) Project Director – The primary responsibility will be global technical leadership, coordination and collaboration with all implementing partners, and strategic oversight of all activities to achieve project objectives.
2) Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator – will support the management and implementation of project activities including the monitoring and evaluation plan, monitoring the impact of the intervention(s), and learning.
Both key personnel positions should have strong management, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to network and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Location: Mogadishu, Somalia

Purpose: The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) is to support USAID’s goal to increase the resilience of Somali households and communities to recurrent shocks. 
This APS will also support analysis of new approaches that seek to develop an innovative and integrated approach and a long-term commitment to improving the adaptive capacity of households and communities through the “Enhancing Resilience and Economic Growth in Somalia” program as described in this Annual Program Statement (APS) on how proposed projects will sequence, layer, and integrate humanitarian assistance and development interventions in a way that reduces households and communities’ dependence on humanitarian assistance and facilitates inclusive local economic development.
