Description

Position Summary:

As a front office agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and maintain guest accounts.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Trained and certified by Utalii College Preferred.
  • Previous experience as a front office agent or similar role in a hotel. (4-Star hotel environment)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera PMS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
