Responsibilities

As Insurance Financial Advisor you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to potential clients.

Your duties will include:

• Prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
• Presenting insurance options to clients and explaining coverage details, benefits, and exclusions.
• Closing sales and achieving individual and team targets.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Diploma or certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an added advantage
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
